Bear Industries, Drought - Class, Cingulata (Updated)

Bear Industries Presents the BIGGEST ship on the line (maybe idk)
I have built the Cingulata over 13 Days and it took about 105h ( yes i have a lot of freetime )
I had a vision of this ship for weeks before finally being able start to build it and i am really happy how it turned out
and to see just how much my skills have improved over the years, i can easily claim that this is my best ships yet
and i wasnt even sure if i ever was going to do a better build than the Dust Scourge Command Cruiser but this is it.

This Battleship will promise Volume, Firepower, a Fearing Aura, and an empty bank account.
11x Size4 Turretbases (Cannons, Railguns, Lasers Preferably)
18x Size2 Turretbases (Bolters, Lasers, Plasmas, Pulsecannons Preferably)
12x Size1 Turretbases (PDC's, PDL's, Machineguns Preferably)
3x Torpedo Docks Left side
3x Torpedo Docks Right side
Alot of Extra Power that scales even more when upgrading the ship in material tiers.

Also note the ship is functional without any of the overlapped framework inside so you can remove it if you feel like Block clipping is an Exploit.
i was acutally Planning to get this ship to 15 slots, it was almost enough but whatever.
