Alternative Virus: Guided Mutations

This is an alternative version of the plague that aims to be far more true to its promise of being "hard to control."

This simple custom scenario achieves this by doubling the DNA cost of symptoms and locking them behind Viral Instability 1, 2, 3, and a new 4th version. This is done as to force the player to rely on guiding the virus into mutating the required symptoms for you, with human intervention needed only in dire circumstance.

This has the effect of making the virus harder to control, but at least as of this version also having the effect of making control less necessary, cancelling the effect out. I'll try to address this in the future, but the scenario is still fun even as of right now (if a little easy) so I figured I'd release a demo. Enjoy!
