From here = "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
*TIP* - Use the pictures to find the matching file

Extract it to Here = "Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\media"
and replace the x with 01 or 02 or 03 or 04 or 05

Well I looked at the mod you're talking about, but when I checked out the comment section I see you pointed out his mod was an avi so it doesn't work. Mine is a .bik file and functions properly, so technically I already had a fix uploaded for a while.
