THIS IS A SUBMOD FOR THE MOD OVERHAUL DEI- IT MAY ONLY WORK WITH DEI INSTALLED
buffs spartan upper class units with a lot higher morale and spartan royal and hero elite units have better stats. spartan HQ heroes/generals start out with more levels.

this mod was made for my cousin ammon

UPDATE
the tier4 sparta capital building offers a solution to terrible spartan population growth.
each of the 3 capital city options offers MASSIVE population boost depending on what you prefer.
the fortified city option gives 5% for 1 and 2 class
the vanilla tier4 offers 10% homoioi that means you can start training your super soldier armies ;)

The population mechanics doesn't seem to work, are there any known incompatibilities? Is it save game compatible? Unit stats work fine but I'm currently having a -0,01 Homoioi growth in Sparta (yes, negative), even though I should have 20% from the main settlement building alone according to the tooltip

With DEI Sparta, you must reach the first reform before you can upgrade Sparta to anything but commercial.

im only able to build the commercial sparta 3rd tier upgrade so far, the other 2 are grayed out and say "different reform level required"
is that intended? im not at the point of my campaign where ive had any reforms so fingers crossed im able to change it to the other options at that point
