To help you keep track of pickups and items that are mutually exclusive!

If you're tired of Pickups being a gamble when you've got "Humbleing Bundle" and "Options?", have items all over the room from a really rigged "Diplopia"/"Damocles" play with no idea what's linked to what, just really curious what the game considers a Choice Pedestal, or are playing modded and Just Didn't Know Those Were Exclusive, Oops-

Then you'll probably want this mod, because those kinds of situations are what it was made for.
This mod adds a simple visual effect to any pickup or item that would cause other things to disappear on collection. Things that disappear together will share the same colour of flame!

I think it would be better not to use the death certificate room because there is too much lag.

This mod does not altar the pedestal in any way, all it does is spawn a flame effect behind the pedestal if it has a flag for being a choice pedestal. So it should have no compatibility issues with Reworked Blind mods or any custom items

It wasn't possible that way, but I DID finally find the motivation to squash that little bug! A small update, but I also fixed the fire lingering on opened chests.

hey, just a suggestion but to fix the fire staying for too long after a pickup is collected, you can just check if the options index has gone back to zero and remove it then. would be cool visually and if any mods change the options index.

Ah, yes Shop and Devil pedestals. I forgot those could even have the Choice Option flag because the only way you'll ever see it is t.Keeper or other mods.

Yeah I'll see about fixing that.

for example, when playing as tainted keeper, the fire is at the top of the item
