The Serb / Yugoslavian war veteran protagonist, now playable with a new look.

Went on to make this after seeing Jo's updated Niko Bellic model. Haven't seen any of him in different outfits, so I decided to bring in the blue tracksuit and pants from the base game.

Now he bears a more similar resemblance to Sasha Ivanic (played by Vladimir Mashkov) from Behind Enemy Lines (2001)[www.imdb.com], who was one of the inspirations for his overall design. He also has the same hair from early trailers of the game, which I was able to extract from the PC build.


This was a long time coming ever since I tried to bring GTA 4 models to Blender. I couldn't found a way to import them since there wasn't really any extension addons for Blender to import WDR files. I had to get 3DS Max to export them in a usable format with the GIMS IV script.

My niko does have eye textures but the reflection's are purple, I don't mind that at all since you could probably fix that with mat_specular 0. But I'm curious on why does it happen

Model is good but the eyes are purple (missing textures) for some reason

This is freakin awesome. Is there any possibility for a default outfit version? I did that years ago but the rigging was admittedly awful since it was my first experience with rigging to L4D2. Someone has since reuploaded it with improvements but it still lacks facial animations / qc eyes and all the works.
