EXP PROBLEM FIX

You were an illiterate caveman who was no different than a stray dog from the civilization. However, the situation forced you into developing yourself. Start it, by learning how to read.

This mod adds the ability for illiterate characters to slowly learn reading by watching TV and VHS tapes (subtitles). Beware though, this mod is aimed not to make illiterate trait OP, so it will be hard to learn reading all by yourself.

HOW DOES IT WORK ? :

First, you need to watch TV and get your LearningReading level up to 3. You will become a slow reader then.
Afterwards, you will be able to slowly read some books. You will need to reach level 5 to be a "normal reader".
And ultimately, when you reach the level 8 in the skill, you will gain the "Fast Reader" trait.

If you didn't pick the Illiterate trait, then you can level up Learn Reading skill by just reading books.

This is my first attempt on creating a LUA based mod, so please forgive any mistakes and take your time to write issues, recommendations and feedback in the comments section.

Would be nice if this skill acted like the strength and fitness skills where you normally start at level 5 but it changes depending on what traits you take.
