Smoker mullet tongue restored

•A bit of a pet peeve of mine was that the tongue on the back end of the smoker's head would disappear sometimes when he took damage, spawned, or was killed so I decided to remove the RNG from it entirely. all I did was remove the blank comment in the qc next to the mesh so if anyone else prefers the smoker always having his mullet tongue enact then enjoy.

•This mod also uses some aspects from other creators.

•uses Willi's Special Infected LOD model for the smoker.
