valour test version - preparing to Liberation DLC

Changes compare to original valour
- moved US army faction to the ID=10 with name usaf (US armed forces)
- renamed all US entities/vehicles with 'us-' prefix
- renamed all US stuff with 'us-' prefix
- changed British, Polish and French factions that are used US equipment / vehicles

Steps for renaming content in the missions:

1)copy 'map' folder, paste it in the same place where 'map' folder is located and change name of it to the 'map2'.
2)run script and select 'map' folder to process and wait for the message 'Updated' (up to 5 minutes)
3)move/remove 'map' folder and rename 'map2' folder onto 'map'.
4)use your missions with valour mod version for testing
