My new training map, which is basically Dust2's SiteA

- Clean design
- EXACTLY the same wall object placement from de_dust2
- Both, bots and players respawn.
- Minimap to set where you want to place bots
- The radar shows all bots
- Buttons to set:

How much bots you want
Disable bot shooting
5s button to let you the time to reach the place you want
Armor button to enable the Helmet+Kevlar
