Combat stimpack (sample mod)

This mod adds a combat stimpack granting pain immunity, speed increase and damage reduction, but no healing. Combat stimpacks in general appear from Europa onwards.

At the same time this is a sample mod showing how to add an item to the game and its item pool.

No attempts have been made to balance this mod!

This mod registers freestanding blueprints into the item pool so should be compatible with any other mod.
