Astral detective

Efficiently scan for the dragon balls celestial altars with astral detectors and the power of maths!

*Piggybacks off Environment pinger or EP Tweak and shares mod configuration with them. This is a client mod.

This mod allows you to select an astral detector arrow with the env ping key, then select another and calculate their intersection. The verbose messages are client-side only.

If 2 arrows are pointing at different targets, the intersection may not be on one of them.

The underground pieces are also shown as a ghost version of themselves and displayed on the minimap.

If you are experiencing a crash whenever this mod is enabled, the first step is to confirm that it is precisely this mod that is causing it.

Try disabling all client mods, then run a new vanilla world without any server mods on. If the game crashes, then it is not a mod crash.

Enable Environment pinger (or EP Tweak) and run the vanilla world again. If the game crashes, then it is likely caused by one of them.

Next, enable this mod and Environment pinger only, and run the vanilla world without any server mods on again. If the crash persists, then this mod must be to blame.

1. Locate the client log file through this directory: Klei\DontStarveTogether\client_log.txt
   
   
2. Open the file and copy all of its content into your computer's clipboard.
   
   
3. Visit Pastebin[pastebin.com] and paste your clipboard into the editor box below the "New Paste" header.
   
   
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Create New Paste".
   
   
5. Copy the new paste's link in your browser's search bar and paste it into the comment section of this mod page, along with the details with the crash.
