This will provide more of a casual experience for those that want it!

2-4x Increased output of Agriculture (Farms, Fish, Animals)
2-4x Increased output of Industry (Workshops, Mines)
Greatly Increased output of Research
Greatly Increased output of Administration
5x Global Road Proximity bonus
Greatly Increased Population Happiness
Increased Landing Party Resources

Removes Degradation of all Items

Decreased Army Consumption
Decreased Furniture (home) Consumption
Decreased Equipment (civil) Consumption

Added Potato Farm with Research and Rationmaker
Added Rice Farm with Research, Rationmaker and Brewery
Added Tree Farm

As I use this myself and currently playing, it's very likely that there will be small balancing changes from time to time.

Incompatibility with this mod, if it's loaded after your mod. Is there a way to get a fix going? Or is it benign.

I'd like to play with both if possible.
