Automated Resource Collector

描述
Adds automated versions of the resource collector. It's a bit more expensive, but likely not balanced lol. Also adds advanced (warps resources rather than slowly pulling them in), nuclear, and compact versions to require no power and fit into more compact spaces.

1x1 Nuclear Automatic Resource Collector
1x1 Advanced Nuclear Automatic Resource Collector
4x4 Automatic Resource Collector
4x4 Nuclear Automatic Resource Collector
4x4 Advanced Nuclear Automatic Resource Collector

This mod was made for me and my friends so I likely won't be adding too much content to this, mainly just bug fixes if any show up. If people show interest I may add additional content. I will keep this mod updated w/ game version updates within a week of update release. If I don't please leave a comment.

Known "bugs":
- None known currently
- Beams will occasionally freak out, this is d/t me increasing the speed of beam pulling with the advanced collectors.

Would it be possable to have a passive collector?
Like colloect with a tractor beam just by passing by things. no need to set to collect

Came to let you know that static numbers for the priorities fixes the crashing issue with the newest version of cosmoteer, but it looks like steam hasn't downloaded it for me yet.

Still not working :(
