Silent Timer

This is a very simple silent timer for limiting speeches or streams, or for any other situation where you need a visual cue only. Once the timer reaches zero, the window will flash red and black. It will also display the amount of overtime through seconds as a negative value to see how long you have ignored the timer's end.

The window can be resized.
