English:
Execution machine. A dangerous criminal who has broken the most terrible laws is put in the room in the middle. There lies a revolver and uniformity reigns. A revolver is needed for suicide in case the criminal fails, and there is also a button that will make the rooms rotate. There are several types of rooms. Restaurant, Factory, Home and Shop. The victim can choose where he wants to spend time. The whole complex is equipped with a good security system. If the victim falls out of the rooms, it will be eliminated by a laser from below, but if that protection can be turned off.

Машина казни. Опасного преступника, нарушевшего самые ужасные законы садят в комнату посередине. Там лежит револьвер и царит однотипность. Револьвер нужен для самоубийства, в случае если преступник не выдержит, а так-же там есть кнопка, которая заставит вращаться комнаты. Есть несколько видов комнат. Рестарант, Фабрика, Дом и Магазин. Жертва может выбирать то, где захочет провести время. Весь комплекс оснащен хорошей системой безопасности. Если жертва выпадет из комнат она будет ликвидирована лазером снизу, но если что эту защиту можно отключить.

Да, я знаю эта постройка лаганная и баганная.
