PZNS NPC Agent Wong

This is a sample/example project that requires the PZNS Framework.

This will spawn an NPC in the 2nd floor of the Rosewood Fire Department.

Agent Wong has her own speech table to add something new to the game.

Note: For the special "Agent Wong", you will need to have "ada_wong" mod created/uploaded by "Satispie" installed

The Example should cover the following:
- Creating an NPC without a group
- Setting an NPC's skills.
- Spawning an NPC via in-game events at a set location.
- Added Custom Speech Text (2023-07-21)

It is becoming less likely that I can continue to devote more time towards PZ modding.
