Recipe for making carparts using forges to repair cars, no dependencies required. could be used with other mods or just sandbox mode. V187 of the main game is required [latest beta branch]

Reduced steel ingot 4>1 for carparts, 4>2 for Jerrycans.

Added Crafting recipe for jerrycan on forges.

Chaged recipe to [4x steel ingot, 1x toolbox, 1x pipe or 1x tire iron, 1x wrench or 1x crowbar & 1x charcoal] since the previously required ingridients are much rarer to acquire than npc settlers selling carparts outright.
