Yohei Komatsu started as a young lion in NJPW in 2012, and after spending some time in Mexico with CMLL and in the US for ROH, he returned to NJPW in 2017 and teamed up with SHO as Roppongi 3K.

SHO and YOH, with Rocky Romero in their corner, won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship twice, and won the 2017 Super Jr. Tag Tournament.

The team broke up in 2021 and YOH began working as a singles competitor. He has competed in the Junior Heavyweight division over the past few years in addition to winning the NEVER Openweight 6-Man Tag Team titles alongside Hirooki Goto and Yoshi-Hashi.
