Plague Chariots of Nurgle - SFO Submod

This is a submod of Dead Baron's excellent Plague Chariots of Nurgle.

I've balanced them to be a touch slower than gorebeasts but with a touch more survivability. I've also made it so you can upgrade Nurgle's Chaos Chariots to these using the warband upgrade system if you're using them as WoC. Same as the upgrade from Khorne's chaos chariots to gorebeasts.

Use this submod along with DeadBaron's original mod (and SFO).

If you find bugs, please add them in the comments. I'm usually pretty quick to make fixes.
