he is adding clothes and covers to units so it make sense not only in lore but on logic.

-these handmaides look closer to the tabletop miniatures
-having frost maiden being half-naked walking on the thundra its silly
-having britonnia DAMSELS with half a cleavage while being based on XII english women (which ironically tended to be REALLY PRUDISH) its silly.
-heck having kossars kislevites in tanktops running on the permafrost beyond the troll country is two steps further for sillyness.
