Glitched Crown Slowed Reroll!

This mod removes the ingame glitched crown and leverages the Cycling Items API created by Mr. SeemsGood to create a new slowed glitched crown. The slowed crown is visually identical to the original glitched crown and only differs in that the cycling speed is much slower.

I know there are already some mods like this on the workshop, but they had some pretty annoying bugs that I believe have been patched in this version. (such as devil/angel rooms maintaining their cycling pools across floors)

Known bugs/exploits

• Using glowing hourglass in the starting room of a new floor will bring you back to the previous boss room, this will cause 4 of the 5 item options to be changed into new items from the boss item pool.
  
• Using a restock machine in a shop will not properly reroll the cycling options.
