My favourite map for Postal 2, even if it lags like a bitch sometimes (excessive respawns :P)

For real-life reference, this level is based in the area surrounding Matsudo Station West Exit in Chiba.

Is there anyway to make this playable in the base P2 without the DLC being installed? Is it possible to edit this map for that to happen?
