Immortal Races Plus

Adds (almost) immortal versions of all the vanilla playable races.

Immortals regenerate health at a considerable rate, do not bleed, are immune to all weather effects, and have their vital health and limb health increased by 2x and 2.5x respectively.
They can still be knocked unconscious and be put into bleedout through too much vital damage so to compensate their vitals have 20% less chance to be targeted in combat.

KNOWN BUGS/ISSUES

Regen slows at negative health values, stops somewhere below KO point.
Skeletons still take wear and tear damage.
