CSS: Old Phoenix Connexion (Playermodel)

Another (not so) quick port, this model is cursed, with attempts to fix the ragdoll and the rigging on the feet kinda just not panning out, broken collision meshes when attempting to decompile the model, its a mess.

This is ofcourse the original early Phoenix Connexion model from the launch build of CSS as a placeholder before being replaced with the guy we know now, more closely looking like the original concept art, and noticeably looking a lot like its later iteration that would eventually come in CS:GO.

Hopefully will sort out the issues later, just want to get this out the door for now.
