It Should work just fine, since it is just an add on for the true music.
Stil, I'll change its version for B42 as well.

Haha yeah... In the world of Project Zomboid, everything ended up stagnating in 1993 because of the outbreak. As a consequence, many good songs and albums will never exist, and these are on the list as well. (At least in the "Realistic way" that is the proposal of this mod.)
