nevermind; I loaded the normal defense shields mod below this mod and now everything works as it should.

For whatever reason this mod won't show up in the build menu (G menu); for context, I added this mid play-through and I'm running 24 additional light-weight (except for AI-Enabled) mods.

As far as I can tell, there is no need to point at the new Shield Mod, it works fine for me.
@Kaedys Changing this is a rather simple action I could achieve in a few minutes.

Will this be updated to point to the new Shield Mod?

Seems this is adding Ingot type PurifiedSpice to the recipe, but there does not appear to be a way (yet, perhaps) of purifying Spice. The mod files suggest it can be purchased and possibly looted, both in exceedingly limited quantities, but the only refinement recipe produces Ingot type RefinedSpice instead. Recommend swapping the recipe insertion to use that, rather than PurifiedSpice, until they add a method of acquiring PurifiedSpice in a more reliable fashion.

Also isn't requiring StabilizedCronyx. Shouldn't that also be included?

May also be worth adjusting the quantities required based on their refinement yield ratios, though I'm less sure about this part. As an example, Dorium refines at a 20:1 ratio, while Spice refines at a 1000:1 ratio, so if they require equal amounts of the two, you need 50x less raw Dorium ore than you do raw Crystal ore, per emitter. Cronyx is 400:1 and Crystal is 1000:1.
