Something I've wanted to make since the clown charger

A True RNG skin pack for the charger made up of many of the most popular charger skins on the workshop, now in tanktops!

True RNG, meaning every map load equals a different skin (death does not reset it)

In order to get the screenshots, I had to make a total of 6 separate VPK files (mods) for each skin. And it was through these different VPKs that they were given their names in the screenshots. Though, the default charger's file was titled "Runner"
