Bill Chest's Coven of Mages - updated for multiple factions

描述
This mod adds 8 unique, standalone high elf mage heroes and a legendary archmage lord to the several factions (see list below). Each hero should be recruitable from various faction specific buildings. The lord character is recruitable from the Legendary Lord panel.


These are very powerful characters and are not lore friendly (as with my previous mods, just the way I like to play with other powerful mods). For example, if you stack all 5 heroes into the Legendary Lord's army, you can get a max WoM reserve of around 350... I've taken on whole armies with them when they are at their max power. Each has a high elf steed mount as well as their own unique custom mount to make using them feel more unique and fun.

NEW UPDATE:
Sorry all, I don't have much free time to mod these days but this should be updated and functional for now. I have been working a number of changes to this over the past few months when time allowed but much is unfinished. Not sure which changes are new per my last update but there are probably quite a bit. I'm still working on flying mounts and some crude initial versions of these are available in custom battle as eataine. It will be a while before these are anywhere near finished or available in campaign. Either way, enjoy, and let me know if anything doesn't work! (I will also update screenshots at some point, the current ones aren't very accurate)

Out of curiosity, anyone else having a little visual bug where normal wizards have lost their thumbnails and in-battle models while having this mod installed? Trying to work out if it's an issue from this mod or another one.

Empire Bretonnia High elf i think dwarfs too but the faction leaders only (i think)

Mounts look gorgeous (and the girls too, lol)! But unfortunately, mod breaks the snow leopard model. To fix this issue, you need to delete the following files:

variantmeshes/wh_variantmodels/bc4/ksl/ksl_leopard/ksl_leopard_01.rigid_model_v2
variantmeshes/wh_variantmodels/bc4/ksl/ksl_leopard/ksl_leopard_01.wsmodel

What factions are these currently available for? The description says 'see below' but there's no actual list in the description or comments that I can find.
