Talking NPCs

描述
This is a QOL (Quality of Life) mod which makes the terraria NPC's feel more alive by giving them the ability to speak in chat.

features:
main - npcs will talk in chat and say random phrases
Custom chat colors - Each NPC has a custom chat color so their messages are easily identifiable.
Random message selection - A total of over 270+ dialogues with more being added every update so it is unlikely to get the same message again.
Mod configuration - you can configure how much they talk and how much their cooldown is, also the distance where the npcs talk
client side - this mod is fully client side
Welcome messages - Everytime you join the world a random NPC will welcome you.
conditional messages - Some NPCs will send messages based on certain conditions, for example the Nurse may warn the player if their health is low.
Utility messages - The Angler will send in chat his current quest fish and the Travelling Merchant will send in chat his current inventory.

upcoming features:
Events&Invasions commentary - The NPCs will talk during events & invasions.
Boss commentary
Talk back to the NPCs

v1.0 added conditional messages for the angler and nurse(angler tells you the fish he wants and the nurse warns you when your health is low)

While I am interested in trying to port the mod, my C# skills are very rudimentary and I'm unsure if I'd be able to do it.

Ooh boss commentary could be really funny, like if your wreaking the boss's ♥♥♥♥ they would say "Good Job [PlayerName]" but if your down bad and struggling they be like "[BossName] is really hurting [PlayerName]...Will [Gender] Win?"

or some npcs can be ♥♥♥♥♥ about it like "[PlayerName] is really our hero?" and such
