Straight out of England everyone's favorite Heister Hoxton from Payday makes his way to Stellaris as your brash and sometimes sorta helpful(?) advisor!

Featuring 95 unique voicelines for events all across the game, painstakingly analysed, moved around and mushed together, you can be sure you won't be bored when you're breaking it down with the og Hoxton. Oh and did I mention he's Ironman compatible?
