有些描述有问题吖，像那个高铁，描述的减住房没生效，反而有50%人口增长没在描述里:steamhappy:

up，貌似（病态权利欲）这个特性会使得领袖的年龄过分大，开局的领袖基本都是200+age，可能是一个bug，期待修复
