Shining High Kick B (combo clincher)

For this to work properly, you'll need the coup de grace low dropkick I made
I mean, it'll still WORK regardless, but it'll look pretty stupid without the setup

Damage is half that of the C2C Shining High, because C2C versions typically do about double the damage of their front grapple counterparts
Also NOTE: The second gif is clearly not of the right move, but included to show that it's a seamless transition from dropkick to shining [whatever]
