[TF2] Sentry-Bruxter 2.0 Playermodel/Ragdoll/Npc

As many suggested, I did a redesign to bruxter because it didn't feel as much like a TF2 style, now this time I tried to make it have a better design and a TF2 style.

Obviously I am not saying that this is like a masterpiece, but at least in this version I did give it more effort

Surely you would be asking me "why is it a man and not a woman?" well, not all robots should transform into women

- 13 Mouth expressions (bodygroups)
- 12 Pupil expressions (+6 include the flex shapes)
- 4 Sequences Animations (idle,walk,run and the self-destruction anim)

please, do not repeat those comments of "oh man STOP" (I think it will still continue xd) or "!LOOK WHAT IT DOES TO COMMUNITY FOR NOT UPDATING IN 6 YEARS!" ... man, it's just a model, It's not like a weird model kills the game, and it's not like TF2 is the only game that has this kind of thing
