描述
Toru Hagakure the Invisible Girl from the My Hero Academia manga/anime.

Specials:

Neutral: Charge your meter and unleash a burst at max meter (Indicated by a yellow bar).
Burst can be used Offensively or Defensively while in hitpause or hitstun.

Forward: Shoot out a fast light wave

Down: Turn completely invisible for a limited time based on your meter. Press Neutral Special while invisible to activate Burst without needing fully charge.

Up: Shoryuken

I made this character in less than 24 hours for the Anime Jam hosted in Extended Workshop.
Expect future updates to add more content and intended features that I didn't have time to implement for the Jam.

Idea: Taunting switches her to her school uniform and you can't switch back until you taunt again. The effects overriding Down Special too.
