No Panel Selector Switching Sound

This simple add-on removes the switching sound on your panel selector.

Replaces: wpn_hudoff.wav

For some reason, the sound only plays when you switch to slot 1 (AWP,MP5, and SPAS12 only), 2, 3, 4, and 5 (adrenaline only) using the scroll wheel (m3). It will not play if you use key binds to the slots (default is 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). There are probably more that I've missed.

I have no idea why it doesn't play using the key binds, but hey, the game is what it is, I guess.

If you are experienced with editing hudlayout.res in the game files, you can see on HudWeaponSelection element, there is a key called "PlaySelectSounds", the default value is 0, if you set it to 1, it will still play the sound with the addition of scrolling with only a pistol on you when there's nothing to scroll, as for why the sound still plays with the value of 0 will remain a mystery....
