the mimi_eyeball_r.vmt's $iris command and mimi_shader.vmt's $lightwarptexture commands point to a folder that doesn't exist, creating purple & black textures for the shader and eyeball for me.

I extracted the addon and fixed these two commands (to point to the folder mimi_blue rather than blue_mimi) to see if it fixes the issue and it did for me.
