RGB Default Laser Sights

This add-on retextures the laser sights to a RGB texture as shown in the thumbnail with the original model.

Properties:

• Total Frames: 100, Frame Rate: 25.
  
• Should be compatible with reanimations and others that doesn't change the model and texture.
  
• Does not glow in the dark.

Just like the one I did with Propane Tank since the texture are mostly white, I added a base color overlay, with the addition of reducing the base's opacity by half so it doesn't look that vibrant.
