[Config] Ribbsan Starline Supercat V8XL

Alright. Time for something different.

What we got here is a Ribbsan Starline Supercat V8XL. It uses the 6.2L Hellcat engine from Dodge and... it purrs!

This config is a little bit different from all of my other configs so I hope you will enjoy it.

Can be found in: Shed, Junkyard, Auction, and Salon.

This was based off the Moderna V8 config. And is tested to work with the Drag Racing DLC. Try using it on the race track. My track time as stock with all slick tires is 1:30.

Requirements before downloading:
- make sure you enable unrealistic tire sizes
- make sure you have the required DLCs (check on the right side bar).
