@ÜberMorpth , the game already uses said sounds by default, you just don't hear it properly because most of the time the sound gets drowned out due to zombies screaming, gun fight, etc; also the sound mixing in this game is kinda crap, so that's why you don't hear it very often.

I would make an addon like this, but i really can't open L4D2 at the moment. It's a long story, but to put it short, my motherboard got burnt. I had to replace it, but in the process, i also had to replace my PC case to another one more appropriate for my new motherboard. So now i'm stuck with a worse version of my PC, and i won't be able to mod the game for the foreseeable future.

So yeah my holiday is going super...

Random thought experiment but, is it possible for door sounds to be replaced? I was thinking some HL2 or CS:S door sound replacement mod would be kinda neat.

is there any way u could pitch these down too? not to where they sound demonic but a bit more human? always felt like their sounds are too high pitched and ive been trying to figure this ♥♥♥♥ out all night lol

@Sports Maxx yeah Actually I found out that day that I actually had another mod that replaces sounds So I ended up fixing the problem And I got rid of it

@ Agent_Ness Did you make sure to uninstall the original version of this addon, or that you have some other mod that replaces the horde scream?

If you did i recommend that you double check, 'cause sometimes some modders forget to put a "addoninfo" text file in their addon files and it can make some addons not be listed in your addon list because of this oversight.

i still get the l4d horde instead the default horde scream
