Tainted Cain Birthright Buff

Edmund won't make this character fun, so I'm doing it myself.

Introducing the Tainted Cain Birthright Buff! (T.C.B.B for short). The T.C.B.B adds a new function to Tainted Cain's birthright - it now adds 2 new pickup slots to the bag!

These pickup slots will hold any pickups you scrap when your bag is full - so if you're holding a nickel in your first slot, it'll happily get moved over to the extra slots!

These slots then drop their pickups on the floor when you craft an item - allowing you to reuse them again for another crafting recipe!

Tainted cain still gets the original birthright buff to his pickups, so this is strictly a positive change. Hopefully this should make the character a bit more enjoyable for those long dead god grinds.

P.S. Try crafting multiple birthrights :)
