RGB Default Propane Tank

This add-on retextures the propane tank to a RGB texture as shown in the thumbnail with the original model.

Properties:

• Total Frames: 100, Frame Rate: 25.
  
• Should be compatible with reanimations and others that doesn't change the model and texture.
  
• Does not glow in the dark.

As you all know, the original base color for the propane tank is mostly white, so using my script won't affect it much except for the splatters, and doesn't look much different with its original counterpart, so I added a base color overlay to ensure the RGB texture works well, and results in what you see in the thumbnail.
