[SFM-Script] Useful shortcut to Clear Decals (Clean blood stains) and Reload All Materials

Thank you! I've been having a problem with spawning models, it activates the "kill" command and sprays blood everywhere. This should hopefully clean it up! Thanks!

I use the Clear Decals command when there is a character being gibbed (e.g. after recording me killing a bot with rocket launcher) : it spreads blood stains all around, and those blood stains do not disappear automatically, so you need to clear decals first.

Umm... call me a newbie, but how do you apply decals in the first place?
