Cestus - *punches you knightly*

Cestus is a zoner-rushdown hybrid, capable of reaching you from far away since many of his attacks launch him like a cannon ball. (changed lol)

I'm not sure if Cestus is really in Beta still, but still let me know if you find any bugs or balancing issues (with preferably details and maybe suggestions) and ill try to fix em, thanks!
UPDATE: damn he old

Gimmicks to note:
- His main dash move (Launch) is only usable after a grounded dash or an attack.

- Has only one air option, but regains it after hitting the opponent with normal aerial attacks.

- Ballista can carry your opponent to the corner, although the range carried can vary by when and where it is used.

- Incinerate is a frame 3 move, but can only be used when interrupted during Launch, Dash Forward, Super Dash or Super Jump, and requires Cestus to be in contact with the opponent, due to its short range and Incinerate not being able to carry momentum well.
-- (If Incinerate is usable from any other move that isn't mentioned earlier, thats a bug)

- The amount of spears shot by Barrage will lessen the closer Cestus is to the wall.

- Pancake can be used to interrupt your opponent, but can heal them on hit. It can also bounce off your opponent and hit you, potentially putting yourself in a bad position, your enemy can also hit your pancake back at you. (And is also very punishable on parry/whiff)

- Shield Slide can be chained into itself, making Cestus do a faster and hyper-armored Shield Slide.
‎ ‎ - Hyper Shield Slide can also happen if Cestus' velocity is high enough on the ground (during a Super Dash or a Dash Forward at a specific time window)
