Ante Bellum - Hardmode Achievements

This Ante Bellum submod updates various achievements which can be reasonably earned in a single playthrough with a new requirement which prevents you from earning achievements by reloading the game. This is meant to stop the player from earning the achievement by savescumming and add some additional challenge to the run by preventing you from avoiding the RNG aspect of the game.
