Automation flags

描述
Various fixtures that have something to do with the flags from the campaign mode countries; Archana, Dalluha, Fruinia, Gasmea, and Hetvesia.

- Each flag is included as a decal in the "badge/decal" category
- Each flag has a racing three-color stripe decal in the "badge/decal" category as well (inspired by those from Aumakua's "Nation Emblems / badges Automation world" mod, as requested in the comments by Dildoplocus)
- Each flag has a 3D flag pole version in the "Aerials" category, similar to those used on vehicles used by politicians or heads of state. These can also break off when exported to BeamNG.

update: added a custom image flag decal and flag pole, which allows you to use your own flags with Automation's new "custom image" material.

CNCharger, my flags don't work anymore? been away for a while from forums but they are working in my game

Really like this. Just wondering if real life country flags and flag decals were on the table for a future mod. Don't think US state flags are necessary imo, but maybe start with 25 major country flags and maybe make it 50 in a future update? Would be neat for making both liveries as well as state cars (currently making a Chinese FAW Hongqi knockoff at the moment for a competition and am saddened that there aren't any real life flags even as decals in 4.27 like we used to have in 4.24

They do exist in 4.27, but as 3D badges : https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2845197453&searchtext= (I like their slanted sports ones by the way, maybe you could implement them as decals also ?)
