The player is also affected but only by 30%


Mod was made on request and will not be updated regularly unless it breaks and people let me know

This should be compatible with most mods unless they have done some weird changes to the database tables

Not sure if I can make it compatible with such a big overhaul mod, as they tend to overwrite/create new database tables, and things easily break when mixed

It's an overall reduction on movement speed, and stances takes a percentage of the in game movement speed. I have not changed these values at all.
