A cool dude constructed out of a painted dumpster, frying pans, hooks, a cabinet, some weird traffic stick things, and old boots.

Originally a sentient dumpster with no additional features, he climbed up the ranks of Garbage Inc.
Conducting experiments in creating "CGDP's (Cool Garbage Disguised as People)".
We are not entirely sure whether the government approves of these experiments.
