Invictus - Total War

This long awaited Invictus submod turns the world of Imperator into 2004 Rome Total War, splitting up Rome into the 4 mighty factions.

The Senate, The House of Julii, The House of Brutii, and the House of Scipii all band together into what I call the "Roman Peace" which is a special mechanic that prevents the 4 Roman factions from declaring war or breaking the 4 way alliance they share. The only way the Roman Peace can be broken is via a special event that is fired when any roman faction becomes strong enough to break the chains of the senate... These mechanics mirror those of 2004 RTW and in a similar fashion The Senate has been made an unplayable tag and cannot be selected at game start.

In addition to these mechanics I have made custom mission trees for Brutii and Scipii. Flags, characters, familites, country colors, and other visual effects have been added to make Invictus feel more like total war.

The Julii missions are currently WIP and will be finished at a later date. I also plan to make a senate mechanic similar to RTW and make a special interface for it that shows progress towards overthrowing the senate.

Note that this mod is a submod of Invictus and requires Invictus V1.7 to be loaded BEFORE this mod to work properly. This mod cannot be played without Invictus V1.7.
