描述
Citizens will now pay the same amount of tax per pop as freemen!
Nobles will now pay two fifths of tax per pop compared to freemen!

This is my first mod ever, I hope someone enjoys it.

It can be applied to ongoing games.
I don't image it will ever not work as paradox would have to remove citizen pops.

Any problems tell me and I'll try to fix it.
